וַיִּקְרָ֨א And va-yeek-RA אֱלֹהִ֤ים׀ God ay-loh-HEEM לָאוֹר֙ the la-ORE י֔וֹם light yome וְלַחֹ֖שֶׁךְ Day, veh-la-HOH-shek קָ֣רָא and KA-ra לָ֑יְלָה the LA-yeh-la וַֽיְהִי darkness VA-hee עֶ֥רֶב he EH-rev וַֽיְהִי called VA-hee בֹ֖קֶר Night. VOH-ker י֥וֹם were yome אֶחָֽד׃ And eh-HAHD
