প্রভুর দূতের হাতে একটি ছড়ি ছিল| মাংস আর রুটির ওপর ছড়িটার ডগা ছোঁযাতেই পাথর থেকে আগুন ছিটকে বেরল| মাংস রুটি একেবারে পুড়ে গেল| তারপর প্রভুর দূত কোথায মিলিযে গেলেন|

Then the angel	מַלְאַ֣ךְ	mălʾok	mul-OKE
of the Lord	יְהוָ֗ה	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
the end	קְצֵ֤ה	qāṣe	ka-TSEH
of the staff	הַמִּשְׁעֶ֙נֶת֙	mišʿēnâ	meesh-ay-NA
that	אֲשֶׁ֣ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
in his hand,	בְּיָד֔וֹ	yād	yahd
and touched	וַיִּגַּ֥ע	nāgaʿ	na-ɡA
the flesh	בַּבָּשָׂ֖ר	bāśār	ba-SAHR
and the unleavened cakes;	וּבַמַּצּ֑וֹת	maṣṣâ	ma-TSA
and there rose up	וַתַּ֨עַל	ʿālâ	ah-LA
fire	הָאֵ֜שׁ	ʾēš	aysh
out of	מִן	min	meen
the rock,	הַצּ֗וּר	ṣûr	tsoor
and consumed	וַתֹּ֤אכַל	ʾākal	ah-HAHL
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
the flesh	הַבָּשָׂר֙	bāśār	ba-SAHR
	וְאֶת	ʾēt	ate
and the unleavened cakes.	הַמַּצּ֔וֹת	maṣṣâ	ma-TSA
Then the angel	וּמַלְאַ֣ךְ	mălʾok	mul-OKE
of the Lord	יְהוָ֔ה	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
departed	הָלַ֖ךְ	hālak	ha-LAHK
out of his sight.	מֵֽעֵינָֽיו׃	ʿayin	ah-YEEN
