পরাত্পর পৃথিবীতে লোকদের পৃথক করেছেন| তিনি প্রত্যেক জাতিকে তাঁর নিজের দেশ দিয়েছেন| সেই সব জাতির জন্য ঈশ্বরই সীমারেখা নির্দিষ্ট করেছেন, ঈশ্বরের সন্তানদের সংখ্যা অনুসারেই রয়েছেন|
