1 তারপর যিহোশূয় শিমিযোনের পরিবারগোষ্ঠীর প্রত্যেক পরিবারকে জমি-জায়গা দিলেন| সে সব জমি ছিল যিহূদার এলাকার ভেতরে|
2 তারা পেয়েছিল বের্-শেবা (শেবাও বলা য়েতে পারে), মোলাদা,
3 হত্সর-শূযাল, বালা, এত্সম,
4 ইল্তোলদ, বথূল, হর্মা,
5 সিক্লগ, বৈত্-মর্কাবোত্, হত্সর-সূষা,
6 বৈত্-লবাযোত্ এবং শারূহণ| চারপাশের মাঠঘাট নিয়ে 13টি শহর|
7 তারা আরও য়ে সব শহর পেয়েছিল সেগুলো হচ্ছে: ঐন, রিম্মোণ, এখর এবং আশন| চারপাশের মাঠঘাট নিয়ে চারটে শহর| এছাড়া তারা বালত্-বের (নেগেভের রামো) পর্য়ন্ত সমস্ত শহরের চারপাশের মাঠ-ঘাট পেল|
8 তাছাড়াও বালত্-বের পর্য়ন্ত সমস্ত শহরের চতুর্দিকের মাঠ| তাহলে এই হচ্ছে শিমিযোনের পরিবারগোষ্ঠীর এলাকা| প্রত্যেক পরিবারই জমি-জায়গা পেয়েছিল|
9 শিমিযোনের জমির অংশ যিহূদার এলাকার মধ্যেই ছিল| যিহূদার লোকরা দরকারের চেয়ে অনেক বেশী জমি পেয়েছিল| তাই তাদের জমির কিছু অংশ শিমিযোনের লোকরা পেয়েছিল|
1 And the second lot came forth to Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.
2 And they had in their inheritance Beer-sheba, or Sheba, and Moladah,
3 And Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Azem,
4 And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
5 And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages:
7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages:
8 And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
9 Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them.

8 তাছাড়াও বালত্-বের পর্য়ন্ত সমস্ত শহরের চতুর্দিকের মাঠ| তাহলে এই হচ্ছে শিমিযোনের পরিবারগোষ্ঠীর এলাকা| প্রত্যেক পরিবারই জমি-জায়গা পেয়েছিল|
And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
9 শিমিযোনের জমির অংশ যিহূদার এলাকার মধ্যেই ছিল| যিহূদার লোকরা দরকারের চেয়ে অনেক বেশী জমি পেয়েছিল| তাই তাদের জমির কিছু অংশ শিমিযোনের লোকরা পেয়েছিল|
Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them.
