কিন্তু মোশি যখনই প্রভুর সঙ্গে কথা বলতে য়েত তখন সে যতক্ষণ না বাইরে আসত ততক্ষণ সেই আবরণ খুলে রাখত| মোশি যখন প্রভুর সান্নিধ্য থেকে বেরিয়ে আসত এবং ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের প্রভুর আদেশসমূহ বলত,

But when Moses	וּבְבֹ֨א	ûbĕbōʾ	oo-veh-VOH
went in	מֹשֶׁ֜ה	mōše	moh-SHEH
before	לִפְנֵ֤י	lipnê	leef-NAY
the Lord	יְהוָה֙	yĕhwāh	yeh-VA
to speak	לְדַבֵּ֣ר	lĕdabbēr	leh-da-BARE
with	אִתּ֔וֹ	ʾittô	EE-toh
him, he took off,	יָסִ֥יר	yāsîr	ya-SEER
the vail	אֶת	ʾet	et
	הַמַּסְוֶ֖ה	hammaswe	ha-mahs-VEH
until	עַד	ʿad	ad
out. came he	צֵאת֑וֹ	ṣēʾtô	tsay-TOH
And he came out,	וְיָצָ֗א	wĕyāṣāʾ	veh-ya-TSA
and spake	וְדִבֶּר֙	wĕdibber	veh-dee-BER
unto	אֶל	ʾel	el
children the	בְּנֵ֣י	bĕnê	beh-NAY
of Israel	יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל	yiśrāʾēl	yees-ra-ALE
	אֵ֖ת	ʾēt	ate
that which	אֲשֶׁ֥ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
he was commanded.	יְצֻוֶּֽה׃	yĕṣuwwe	yeh-tsoo-WEH
