2 Chronicles 12:7
প্রভু যখন দেখলেন যে রাজা ও তাঁর নেতারা বিনীত হয়েছেন এবং অনুশোচনা করেছেন তখন তিনি শময়িয়কে বললেন, “যেহেতু রাজা ও নেতারা বিনীত হয়েছেন ও অনুতপ্ত হয়েছেন, আমি ওদের ধ্বংস করবো না, কিন্তু জেরুশালেমকে শীশকের সেনাবাহিনীর হাত থেকে মুক্তি দিয়ে আমার রোধর থেকে তাদের কযেকজনকে অব্যাহতি দেব|

| Lord the of | דְבַר | dĕbar | deh-VAHR |
| came | יְהוָ֨ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| to | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| Shemaiah, | שְׁמַעְיָ֧ה׀ | šĕmaʿyâ | sheh-ma-YA |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֛ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| themselves; humbled have They | נִכְנְע֖וּ | niknĕʿû | neek-neh-OO |
| not will I therefore | לֹ֣א | lōʾ | loh |
| destroy | אַשְׁחִיתֵ֑ם | ʾašḥîtēm | ash-hee-TAME |
| grant will I but them, | וְנָֽתַתִּ֨י | wĕnātattî | veh-na-ta-TEE |
| them some | לָהֶ֤ם | lāhem | la-HEM |
| deliverance; | כִּמְעַט֙ | kimʿaṭ | keem-AT |
| wrath my and | לִפְלֵיטָ֔ה | liplêṭâ | leef-lay-TA |
| shall not | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| be poured out | תִתַּ֧ךְ | tittak | tee-TAHK |
| Jerusalem upon | חֲמָתִ֛י | ḥămātî | huh-ma-TEE |
| by the hand | בִּירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖ם | bîrûšālaim | bee-roo-sha-la-EEM |
| of Shishak. | בְּיַד | bĕyad | beh-YAHD |
