சிலர் கடினப்பட்டு அவிசுவாசிகளாகிக் கூட்டத்திற்கு முன்பாக இந்த மார்கத்தை நிந்தித்தபோது, அவன் அவர்களை விட்டு விலகி, சீஷரை அவர்களிலிருந்து பிரித்துக்கொண்டு, திறன்னு என்னும் ஒருவனுடைய வித்தியாச்சாலையிலே அநுதினமும் சம்பாஷித்துக்கொண்டுவந்தான்

சிலர் கடினப்பட்டு நம்பிக்கையற்றவர்களாகிக் கூட்டத்திற்கு முன்பாக இந்த மார்க்கத்தை இகழ்ந்து பேசியபோது, அவன் அவர்களைவிட்டு விலகி, சீடர்களை அவர்களிலிருந்து பிரித்துக்கொண்டு, திறன்னு என்னும் ஒருவனுடைய கல்விக்கூடத்திலே அநுதினமும் கலந்துரையாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தான்.

ஆனால் சில யூதர்கள் பிடிவாதமாக இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் நம்ப மறுத்தனர். இந்த யூதர்கள் தேவனுடைய வழியைக் குறித்துத் தீயவற்றைப் பேசினர். எல்லா மக்களும் இவற்றை கேட்டனர். எனவே பவுல் இந்த யூதரை விட்டு நீங்கி, இயேசுவின் சீஷர்களைத் தன்னோடு அழைத்துச் சென்றான். திறன்னு என்ற ஒருவனின் பள்ளிக்கூடம் இருந்த இடத்திற்குப் பவுல் போனான். பவுல் அங்கிருந்த மக்களுடன் தினமும் கலந்துரையாடினான்.
