ஆனால் அப்பெண் மிகுதியாகக் காயமுற்றால் அவளைக் காயப்படுத்திய மனிதன் தண்டனை பெற வேண்டும். ஒருவன் கொல்லப்பட்டால் அக்கொலைக்குக் காரணமானவனும் கொல்லப்படவேண்டும். ஒரு உயிருக்கு மற்றொரு உயிர் வாங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
