ராஜாவாகிய ஆகாஸ் ஆசாரியனாகிய உரியாவை நோக்கி: இந்தப் பெரிய பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் நீ காலைச் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியையும், மாலைப்போஜனபலியையும், ராஜாவின் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியையும், அவருடைய போஜனபலியையும், தேசத்தினுடைய சகல ஜனத்தின் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியையும், அவர்கள் போஜனபலியையும், அவர்கள் பானபலிகளையும் செலுத்தி, அதின்மேல் சர்வாங்க தகனங்களின் சகல இரத்தத்தையும், பலிகளின் சகல இரத்தத்தையும் தெளிப்பாயாக; அந்த வெண்கலப் பலிபீடமோ, நான் சன்னதம் கேட்கிறதற்கு உதவும் என்றான்.

ஆசாரியனாகிய உரியாவிற்கு அரசன் ஒரு கட்டளையிட்டான். அவன், “நீ இந்த பெரிய பலிபீடத்தின் மேல் காலையின் சர் வாங்க தகனபலியையும் மாலை தானியக் காணிக்கையையும் தேசத்தின் ஜனங்களின் சர்வாங்கத் தகன பலியையும் அவர்களது தானியக் காணிக்கைகளையும் பானங்களின் காணிக்கையையும் செலுத்தவேண்டும். அதன்மேல் சர்வாங்க தகனபலி மற்றும் உயிர் பலிகளின் இரத்தத்தையும் தெளிப்பாய். நான் என் சொந்தப் பயனுள்ள தேவனிடம் கேட்க, (விசாரிக்க), (வழிகாட்ட) மட்டும் வெண்கலப் பலிபீடத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவேன்” என்று கூறினான்.
