חֲז֖וֹן vision huh-ZONE עֹֽבַדְיָ֑ה of oh-vahd-YA כֹּֽה Obadiah. koh אָמַר֩ Thus ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֨י saith uh-doh-NAI יְהוִ֜ה the yeh-VEE לֶאֱד֗וֹם Lord leh-ay-DOME שְׁמוּעָ֨ה God sheh-moo-AH שָׁמַ֜עְנוּ concerning sha-MA-noo מֵאֵ֤ת Edom; may-ATE יְהוָה֙ We yeh-VA וְצִיר֙ have veh-TSEER בַּגּוֹיִ֣ם heard ba-ɡoh-YEEM שֻׁלָּ֔ח a shoo-LAHK ק֛וּמוּ rumour KOO-moo וְנָק֥וּמָה from veh-na-KOO-ma עָלֶ֖יהָ the ah-LAY-ha לַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ Lord, la-meel-ha-MA -
הִנֵּ֥ה I hee-NAY קָטֹ֛ן have ka-TONE נְתַתִּ֖יךָ made neh-ta-TEE-ha בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם thee ba-ɡoh-YEEM בָּז֥וּי small ba-ZOO אַתָּ֖ה among ah-TA מְאֹֽד׃ the meh-ODE -
זְד֤וֹן pride zeh-DONE לִבְּךָ֙ of lee-beh-HA הִשִּׁיאֶ֔ךָ thine hee-shee-EH-ha שֹׁכְנִ֥י heart shoh-heh-NEE בְחַגְוֵי hath veh-hahɡ-VAY סֶ֖לַע deceived SEH-la מְר֣וֹם thee, meh-ROME שִׁבְתּ֑וֹ thou sheev-TOH אֹמֵ֣ר that oh-MARE בְּלִבּ֔וֹ dwellest beh-LEE-boh מִ֥י in mee יוֹרִדֵ֖נִי the yoh-ree-DAY-nee אָֽרֶץ׃ clefts AH-rets -
אִם thou eem תַּגְבִּ֣יהַּ exalt tahɡ-BEE-ah כַּנֶּ֔שֶׁר thyself ka-NEH-sher וְאִם as veh-EEM בֵּ֥ין the bane כּֽוֹכָבִ֖ים eagle, koh-ha-VEEM שִׂ֣ים and seem קִנֶּ֑ךָ though kee-NEH-ha מִשָּׁ֥ם thou mee-SHAHM אוֹרִֽידְךָ֖ set oh-ree-deh-HA נְאֻם thy neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ nest yeh-VA -
אִם thieves eem גַּנָּבִ֤ים came ɡa-na-VEEM בָּאֽוּ to ba-OO לְךָ֙ thee, leh-HA אִם if eem שׁ֣וֹדְדֵי robbers SHOH-deh-day לַ֔יְלָה by LA-la אֵ֣יךְ night, ake נִדְמֵ֔יתָה (how need-MAY-ta הֲל֥וֹא art huh-LOH יִגְנְב֖וּ thou yeeɡ-neh-VOO דַּיָּ֑ם cut da-YAHM אִם off!) eem בֹּֽצְרִים֙ would boh-tseh-REEM בָּ֣אוּ they BA-oo לָ֔ךְ not lahk הֲל֖וֹא have huh-LOH יַשְׁאִ֥ירוּ stolen yahsh-EE-roo עֹלֵלֽוֹת׃ till oh-lay-LOTE -

וְחַתּ֥וּ thy veh-HA-too גִבּוֹרֶ֖יךָ mighty ɡee-boh-RAY-ha תֵּימָ֑ן men, tay-MAHN לְמַ֧עַן O leh-MA-an יִכָּֽרֶת Teman, yee-KA-ret אִ֛ישׁ shall eesh מֵהַ֥ר be may-HAHR עֵשָׂ֖ו dismayed, ay-SAHV מִקָּֽטֶל׃ to mee-KA-tel -
מֵחֲמַ֛ס thy may-huh-MAHS אָחִ֥יךָ violence ah-HEE-ha יַעֲקֹ֖ב against ya-uh-KOVE תְּכַסְּךָ֣ thy teh-ha-seh-HA בוּשָׁ֑ה brother voo-SHA וְנִכְרַ֖תָּ Jacob veh-neek-RA-ta לְעוֹלָֽם׃ shame leh-oh-LAHM -
בְּיוֹם֙ the beh-YOME עֲמָֽדְךָ֣ day uh-ma-deh-HA מִנֶּ֔גֶד that mee-NEH-ɡed בְּי֛וֹם thou beh-YOME שְׁב֥וֹת stoodest sheh-VOTE זָרִ֖ים on za-REEM חֵיל֑וֹ the hay-LOH וְנָכְרִ֞ים other veh-noke-REEM בָּ֣אוּ side, BA-oo שְׁעָרָ֗ו in sheh-ah-RAHV וְעַל the veh-AL יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ day yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM יַדּ֣וּ that YA-doo גוֹרָ֔ל the ɡoh-RAHL גַּם strangers ɡahm אַתָּ֖ה carried ah-TA כְּאַחַ֥ד away keh-ah-HAHD מֵהֶֽם׃ captive may-HEM -

אַל shouldest al תָּב֤וֹא not ta-VOH בְשַֽׁעַר have veh-SHA-ar עַמִּי֙ entered ah-MEE בְּי֣וֹם into beh-YOME אֵידָ֔ם the ay-DAHM אַל gate al תֵּ֧רֶא of TAY-reh גַם my ɡahm אַתָּ֛ה people ah-TA בְּרָעָת֖וֹ in beh-ra-ah-TOH בְּי֣וֹם the beh-YOME אֵיד֑וֹ day ay-DOH וְאַל of veh-AL תִּשְׁלַ֥חְנָה their teesh-LAHK-na בְחֵיל֖וֹ calamity; veh-hay-LOH בְּי֥וֹם yea, beh-YOME אֵידֽוֹ׃ thou ay-DOH -
וְאַֽל shouldest veh-AL תַּעֲמֹד֙ thou ta-uh-MODE עַל have al הַפֶּ֔רֶק stood ha-PEH-rek לְהַכְרִ֖ית in leh-hahk-REET אֶת the et פְּלִיטָ֑יו crossway, peh-lee-TAV וְאַל to veh-AL תַּסְגֵּ֥ר cut tahs-ɡARE שְׂרִידָ֖יו off seh-ree-DAV בְּי֥וֹם beh-YOME צָרָֽה׃ those tsa-RA -
כִּֽי the kee קָר֥וֹב day ka-ROVE יוֹם of yome יְהוָ֖ה the yeh-VA עַל Lord al כָּל is kahl הַגּוֹיִ֑ם near ha-ɡoh-YEEM כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר upon ka-uh-SHER עָשִׂ֙יתָ֙ all ah-SEE-TA יֵעָ֣שֶׂה the yay-AH-seh לָּ֔ךְ heathen: lahk גְּמֻלְךָ֖ as ɡeh-mool-HA יָשׁ֥וּב thou ya-SHOOV בְּרֹאשֶֽׁךָ׃ hast beh-roh-SHEH-ha -
כִּ֗י as kee כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר ye ka-uh-SHER שְׁתִיתֶם֙ have sheh-tee-TEM עַל drunk al הַ֣ר upon hahr קָדְשִׁ֔י my kode-SHEE יִשְׁתּ֥וּ holy yeesh-TOO כָֽל mountain, hahl הַגּוֹיִ֖ם so ha-ɡoh-YEEM תָּמִ֑יד shall ta-MEED וְשָׁת֣וּ all veh-sha-TOO וְלָע֔וּ the veh-la-OO וְהָי֖וּ heathen veh-ha-YOO כְּל֥וֹא drink keh-LOH הָיֽוּ׃ continually, HAI-oo -
וּבְהַ֥ר upon oo-veh-HAHR צִיּ֛וֹן mount TSEE-yone תִּהְיֶ֥ה Zion tee-YEH פְלֵיטָ֖ה shall feh-lay-TA וְהָ֣יָה be veh-HA-ya קֹ֑דֶשׁ deliverance, KOH-desh וְיָֽרְשׁוּ֙ and veh-ya-reh-SHOO בֵּ֣ית there bate יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב shall ya-uh-KOVE אֵ֖ת be ate מוֹרָֽשֵׁיהֶם׃ holiness; moh-RA-shay-hem -
וְהָיָה֩ the veh-ha-YA בֵית house vate יַעֲקֹ֨ב of ya-uh-KOVE אֵ֜שׁ Jacob aysh וּבֵ֧ית shall oo-VATE יוֹסֵ֣ף be yoh-SAFE לֶהָבָ֗ה a leh-ha-VA וּבֵ֤ית fire, oo-VATE עֵשָׂו֙ and ay-SAHV לְקַ֔שׁ the leh-KAHSH וְדָלְק֥וּ house veh-dole-KOO בָהֶ֖ם of va-HEM וַאֲכָל֑וּם Joseph va-uh-ha-LOOM וְלֹֽא a veh-LOH יִֽהְיֶ֤ה flame, yee-heh-YEH שָׂרִיד֙ and sa-REED לְבֵ֣ית the leh-VATE עֵשָׂ֔ו house ay-SAHV כִּ֥י of kee יְהוָ֖ה Esau yeh-VA דִּבֵּֽר׃ for dee-BARE -

וְגָלֻ֣ת the veh-ɡa-LOOT הַֽחֵל captivity HA-hale הַ֠זֶּה of HA-zeh לִבְנֵ֨י this leev-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל host yees-ra-ALE אֲשֶֽׁר of uh-SHER כְּנַעֲנִים֙ the keh-na-uh-NEEM עַד children ad צָ֣רְפַ֔ת of TSA-reh-FAHT וְגָלֻ֥ת Israel veh-ɡa-LOOT יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם shall yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר possess uh-SHER בִּסְפָרַ֑ד that bees-fa-RAHD יִֽרְשׁ֕וּ of yee-reh-SHOO אֵ֖ת the ate עָרֵ֥י Canaanites, ah-RAY הַנֶּֽגֶב׃ even ha-NEH-ɡev -
