וַיִּסְע֖וּ the va-yees-OO בְּנֵ֣י children beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל of yees-ra-ALE וַֽיַּחֲנוּ֙ Israel va-ya-huh-NOO בְּעַֽרְב֣וֹת set beh-ar-VOTE מוֹאָ֔ב forward, moh-AV מֵעֵ֖בֶר and may-A-ver לְיַרְדֵּ֥ן pitched leh-yahr-DANE יְרֵחֽוֹ׃ in yeh-ray-HOH -
וַיַּ֥רְא Balak va-YAHR בָּלָ֖ק the ba-LAHK בֶּן son ben צִפּ֑וֹר of TSEE-pore אֵ֛ת Zippor ate כָּל saw kahl אֲשֶׁר uh-SHER עָשָׂ֥ה all ah-SA יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל that yees-ra-ALE לָֽאֱמֹרִֽי׃ Israel LA-ay-moh-REE -
וַיָּ֨גָר Moab va-YA-ɡore מוֹאָ֜ב was moh-AV מִפְּנֵ֥י sore mee-peh-NAY הָעָ֛ם afraid ha-AM מְאֹ֖ד of meh-ODE כִּ֣י the kee רַב people, rahv ה֑וּא because hoo וַיָּ֣קָץ they va-YA-kohts מוֹאָ֔ב were moh-AV מִפְּנֵ֖י many: mee-peh-NAY בְּנֵ֥י and beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Moab yees-ra-ALE -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר Moab va-YOH-mer מוֹאָ֜ב said moh-AV אֶל unto el זִקְנֵ֣י the zeek-NAY מִדְיָ֗ן elders meed-YAHN עַתָּ֞ה of ah-TA יְלַֽחֲכ֤וּ Midian, yeh-la-huh-HOO הַקָּהָל֙ Now ha-ka-HAHL אֶת shall et כָּל this kahl סְבִ֣יבֹתֵ֔ינוּ company seh-VEE-voh-TAY-noo כִּלְחֹ֣ךְ lick keel-HOKE הַשּׁ֔וֹר up HA-shore אֵ֖ת ate יֶ֣רֶק all YEH-rek הַשָּׂדֶ֑ה that ha-sa-DEH וּבָלָ֧ק are oo-va-LAHK בֶּן round ben צִפּ֛וֹר about TSEE-pore מֶ֥לֶךְ us, MEH-lek לְמוֹאָ֖ב as leh-moh-AV בָּעֵ֥ת the ba-ATE הַהִֽוא׃ ox ha-HEEV -
וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח sent va-yeesh-LAHK מַלְאָכִ֜ים messengers mahl-ah-HEEM אֶל therefore el בִּלְעָ֣ם unto beel-AM בֶּן Balaam ben בְּע֗וֹר the beh-ORE פְּ֠תוֹרָה son PEH-toh-ra אֲשֶׁ֧ר of uh-SHER עַל Beor al הַנָּהָ֛ר to ha-na-HAHR אֶ֥רֶץ Pethor, EH-rets בְּנֵֽי which beh-NAY עַמּ֖וֹ is AH-moh לִקְרֹא by leek-ROH ל֑וֹ the loh לֵאמֹ֗ר river lay-MORE הִ֠נֵּה of HEE-nay עַ֣ם the am יָצָ֤א land ya-TSA מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙ of mee-meets-RA-YEEM הִנֵּ֤ה the hee-NAY כִסָּה֙ children hee-SA אֶת of et עֵ֣ין his ane הָאָ֔רֶץ people, ha-AH-rets וְה֥וּא to veh-HOO יֹשֵׁ֖ב call yoh-SHAVE מִמֻּלִֽי׃ him, mee-moo-LEE -
וְעַתָּה֩ now veh-ah-TA לְכָה therefore, leh-HA נָּ֨א I na אָֽרָה pray AH-ra לִּ֜י thee, lee אֶת curse et הָעָ֣ם me ha-AM הַזֶּ֗ה ha-ZEH כִּֽי this kee עָצ֥וּם people; ah-TSOOM הוּא֙ for hoo מִמֶּ֔נִּי they mee-MEH-nee אוּלַ֤י are oo-LAI אוּכַל֙ too oo-HAHL נַכֶּה mighty na-KEH בּ֔וֹ for boh וַאֲגָֽרְשֶׁ֖נּוּ va-uh-ɡa-reh-SHEH-noo מִן me: meen הָאָ֑רֶץ peradventure ha-AH-rets כִּ֣י I kee יָדַ֗עְתִּי shall ya-DA-tee אֵ֤ת prevail, ate אֲשֶׁר that uh-SHER תְּבָרֵךְ֙ we teh-va-rake מְבֹרָ֔ךְ may meh-voh-RAHK וַֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר smite va-uh-SHER תָּאֹ֖ר them, ta-ORE יוּאָֽר׃ and yoo-AR -
וַיֵּ֨לְכ֜וּ the va-YAY-leh-HOO זִקְנֵ֤י elders zeek-NAY מוֹאָב֙ of moh-AV וְזִקְנֵ֣י Moab veh-zeek-NAY מִדְיָ֔ן and meed-YAHN וּקְסָמִ֖ים the oo-keh-sa-MEEM בְּיָדָ֑ם elders beh-ya-DAHM וַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙ of va-ya-VOH-OO אֶל Midian el בִּלְעָ֔ם departed beel-AM וַיְדַבְּר֥וּ with vai-da-beh-ROO אֵלָ֖יו the ay-LAV דִּבְרֵ֥י rewards deev-RAY בָלָֽק׃ of va-LAHK -
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר he va-YOH-mer אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם said uh-lay-HEM לִ֤ינוּ unto LEE-noo פֹה֙ them, foh הַלַּ֔יְלָה Lodge ha-LA-la וַהֲשִֽׁבֹתִ֤י here va-huh-shee-voh-TEE אֶתְכֶם֙ this et-HEM דָּבָ֔ר night, da-VAHR כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֛ר and ka-uh-SHER יְדַבֵּ֥ר I yeh-da-BARE יְהוָ֖ה will yeh-VA אֵלָ֑י bring ay-LAI וַיֵּֽשְׁב֥וּ you va-yay-sheh-VOO שָׂרֵֽי word sa-RAY מוֹאָ֖ב again, moh-AV עִם as eem בִּלְעָֽם׃ the beel-AM -
וַיָּבֹ֥א God va-ya-VOH אֱלֹהִ֖ים came ay-loh-HEEM אֶל unto el בִּלְעָ֑ם Balaam, beel-AM וַיֹּ֕אמֶר and va-YOH-mer מִ֛י said, mee הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֥ים What ha-uh-na-SHEEM הָאֵ֖לֶּה men ha-A-leh עִמָּֽךְ׃ are ee-MAHK -
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר Balaam va-YOH-mer בִּלְעָ֖ם said beel-AM אֶל unto el הָֽאֱלֹהִ֑ים God, ha-ay-loh-HEEM בָּלָ֧ק Balak ba-LAHK בֶּן the ben צִפֹּ֛ר son tsee-PORE מֶ֥לֶךְ of MEH-lek מוֹאָ֖ב Zippor, moh-AV שָׁלַ֥ח king sha-LAHK אֵלָֽי׃ of ay-LAI -
הִנֵּ֤ה there hee-NAY הָעָם֙ is ha-AM הַיֹּצֵ֣א a ha-yoh-TSAY מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם people mee-meets-RA-yeem וַיְכַ֖ס come vai-HAHS אֶת out et עֵ֣ין of ane הָאָ֑רֶץ Egypt, ha-AH-rets עַתָּ֗ה which ah-TA לְכָ֤ה covereth leh-HA קָֽבָה KA-va לִּי֙ the lee אֹת֔וֹ face oh-TOH אוּלַ֥י of oo-LAI אוּכַ֛ל the oo-HAHL לְהִלָּ֥חֶם earth: leh-hee-LA-hem בּ֖וֹ come boh וְגֵֽרַשְׁתִּֽיו׃ now, veh-ɡAY-rahsh-TEEV -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר God va-YOH-mer אֱלֹהִים֙ said ay-loh-HEEM אֶל unto el בִּלְעָ֔ם Balaam, beel-AM לֹ֥א Thou loh תֵלֵ֖ךְ shalt tay-LAKE עִמָּהֶ֑ם not ee-ma-HEM לֹ֤א go loh תָאֹר֙ with ta-ORE אֶת them; et הָעָ֔ם thou ha-AM כִּ֥י shalt kee בָר֖וּךְ not va-ROOK הֽוּא׃ curse hoo -
וַיָּ֤קָם Balaam va-YA-kome בִּלְעָם֙ rose beel-AM בַּבֹּ֔קֶר up ba-BOH-ker וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ in va-YOH-MER אֶל the el שָׂרֵ֣י morning, sa-RAY בָלָ֔ק and va-LAHK לְכ֖וּ said leh-HOO אֶֽל unto el אַרְצְכֶ֑ם the ar-tseh-HEM כִּ֚י princes kee מֵאֵ֣ן of may-ANE יְהוָ֔ה Balak, yeh-VA לְתִתִּ֖י Get leh-tee-TEE לַֽהֲלֹ֥ךְ you la-huh-LOKE עִמָּכֶֽם׃ into ee-ma-HEM -
וַיָּק֙וּמוּ֙ the va-ya-KOO-MOO שָׂרֵ֣י princes sa-RAY מוֹאָ֔ב of moh-AV וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ Moab va-ya-VOH-oo אֶל rose el בָּלָ֑ק up, ba-LAHK וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ and va-YOH-meh-ROO מֵאֵ֥ן they may-ANE בִּלְעָ֖ם went beel-AM הֲלֹ֥ךְ unto huh-LOKE עִמָּֽנוּ׃ Balak, ee-ma-NOO -
וַיֹּ֥סֶף Balak va-YOH-sef ע֖וֹד sent ode בָּלָ֑ק yet ba-LAHK שְׁלֹ֣חַ again sheh-LOH-ak שָׂרִ֔ים princes, sa-REEM רַבִּ֥ים more, ra-BEEM וְנִכְבָּדִ֖ים and veh-neek-ba-DEEM מֵאֵֽלֶּה׃ more may-A-leh -
וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ they va-ya-VOH-oo אֶל came el בִּלְעָ֑ם to beel-AM וַיֹּ֣אמְרוּ Balaam, va-YOH-meh-roo ל֗וֹ and loh כֹּ֤ה said koh אָמַר֙ to ah-MAHR בָּלָ֣ק him, ba-LAHK בֶּן Thus ben צִפּ֔וֹר saith TSEE-pore אַל Balak al נָ֥א the na תִמָּנַ֖ע son tee-ma-NA מֵֽהֲלֹ֥ךְ of may-huh-LOKE אֵלָֽי׃ Zippor, ay-LAI -
כִּֽי I kee כַבֵּ֤ד will ha-BADE אֲכַבֶּדְךָ֙ promote uh-ha-bed-HA מְאֹ֔ד thee meh-ODE וְכֹ֛ל unto veh-HOLE אֲשֶׁר very uh-SHER תֹּאמַ֥ר great toh-MAHR אֵלַ֖י honour, ay-LAI אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֑ה and eh-ay-SEH וּלְכָה I oo-leh-HA נָּא֙ will na קָֽבָה do KA-va לִּ֔י whatsoever lee אֵ֖ת ate הָעָ֥ם thou ha-AM הַזֶּֽה׃ sayest ha-ZEH -
וַיַּ֣עַן Balaam va-YA-an בִּלְעָ֗ם answered beel-AM וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ and va-YOH-MER אֶל said el עַבְדֵ֣י unto av-DAY בָלָ֔ק the va-LAHK אִם servants eem יִתֶּן of yee-TEN לִ֥י Balak, lee בָלָ֛ק If va-LAHK מְלֹ֥א Balak meh-LOH בֵית֖וֹ would vay-TOH כֶּ֣סֶף give KEH-sef וְזָהָ֑ב me veh-za-HAHV לֹ֣א his loh אוּכַ֗ל house oo-HAHL לַֽעֲבֹר֙ full la-uh-VORE אֶת of et פִּי֙ silver pee יְהוָ֣ה and yeh-VA אֱלֹהָ֔י gold, ay-loh-HAI לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת I la-uh-SOTE קְטַנָּ֖ה cannot keh-ta-NA א֥וֹ oh גְדוֹלָֽה׃ go ɡeh-doh-LA -
וְעַתָּ֗ה therefore, veh-ah-TA שְׁב֨וּ I sheh-VOO נָ֥א pray na בָזֶ֛ה you, va-ZEH גַּם tarry ɡahm אַתֶּ֖ם ye ah-TEM הַלָּ֑יְלָה also ha-LA-yeh-la וְאֵ֣דְעָ֔ה here veh-A-deh-AH מַה this ma יֹּסֵ֥ף night, yoh-SAFE יְהוָ֖ה that yeh-VA דַּבֵּ֥ר I da-BARE עִמִּֽי׃ may ee-MEE -
וַיָּבֹ֨א God va-ya-VOH אֱלֹהִ֥ים׀ came ay-loh-HEEM אֶל unto el בִּלְעָם֮ Balaam beel-AM לַיְלָה֒ at lai-LA וַיֹּ֣אמֶר night, va-YOH-mer ל֗וֹ and loh אִם said eem לִקְרֹ֤א unto leek-ROH לְךָ֙ him, leh-HA בָּ֣אוּ If BA-oo הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים the ha-uh-na-SHEEM ק֖וּם men koom לֵ֣ךְ come lake אִתָּ֑ם to ee-TAHM וְאַ֗ךְ call veh-AK אֶת thee, et הַדָּבָ֛ר rise ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁר up, uh-SHER אֲדַבֵּ֥ר and uh-da-BARE אֵלֶ֖יךָ go ay-LAY-ha אֹת֥וֹ with oh-TOH תַֽעֲשֶֽׂה׃ them; TA-uh-SEH -
וַיָּ֤קָם Balaam va-YA-kome בִּלְעָם֙ rose beel-AM בַּבֹּ֔קֶר up ba-BOH-ker וַֽיַּחֲבֹ֖שׁ in va-ya-huh-VOHSH אֶת the et אֲתֹנ֑וֹ morning, uh-toh-NOH וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ and va-YAY-lek עִם saddled eem שָׂרֵ֥י sa-RAY מוֹאָֽב׃ his moh-AV -
וַיִּֽחַר God's va-YEE-hahr אַ֣ף anger af אֱלֹהִים֮ was ay-loh-HEEM כִּֽי kindled kee הוֹלֵ֣ךְ because hoh-LAKE הוּא֒ he hoo וַיִּתְיַצֵּ֞ב went: va-yeet-ya-TSAVE מַלְאַ֧ךְ and mahl-AK יְהוָ֛ה the yeh-VA בַּדֶּ֖רֶךְ angel ba-DEH-rek לְשָׂטָ֣ן of leh-sa-TAHN ל֑וֹ the loh וְהוּא֙ Lord veh-HOO רֹכֵ֣ב stood roh-HAVE עַל in al אֲתֹנ֔וֹ the uh-toh-NOH וּשְׁנֵ֥י way oo-sheh-NAY נְעָרָ֖יו for neh-ah-RAV עִמּֽוֹ׃ an ee-moh -
וַתֵּ֣רֶא the va-TAY-reh הָֽאָתוֹן֩ ass ha-ah-TONE אֶת saw et מַלְאַ֨ךְ mahl-AK יְהוָ֜ה the yeh-VA נִצָּ֣ב angel nee-TSAHV בַּדֶּ֗רֶךְ of ba-DEH-rek וְחַרְבּ֤וֹ the veh-hahr-BOH שְׁלוּפָה֙ Lord sheh-loo-FA בְּיָד֔וֹ standing beh-ya-DOH וַתֵּ֤ט in va-TATE הָֽאָתוֹן֙ the ha-ah-TONE מִן way, meen הַדֶּ֔רֶךְ and ha-DEH-rek וַתֵּ֖לֶךְ his va-TAY-lek בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה sword ba-sa-DEH וַיַּ֤ךְ drawn va-YAHK בִּלְעָם֙ in beel-AM אֶת his et הָ֣אָת֔וֹן hand: HA-ah-TONE לְהַטֹּתָ֖הּ and leh-ha-toh-TA הַדָּֽרֶךְ׃ the ha-DA-rek -
וַֽיַּעֲמֹד֙ the va-ya-uh-MODE מַלְאַ֣ךְ angel mahl-AK יְהוָ֔ה of yeh-VA בְּמִשְׁע֖וֹל the beh-meesh-OLE הַכְּרָמִ֑ים Lord ha-keh-ra-MEEM גָּדֵ֥ר stood ɡa-DARE מִזֶּ֖ה in mee-ZEH וְגָדֵ֥ר a veh-ɡa-DARE מִזֶּֽה׃ path mee-ZEH -
וַתֵּ֨רֶא when va-TAY-reh הָֽאָת֜וֹן the ha-ah-TONE אֶת ass et מַלְאַ֣ךְ saw mahl-AK יְהוָ֗ה yeh-VA וַתִּלָּחֵץ֙ the va-tee-la-HAYTS אֶל angel el הַקִּ֔יר of ha-KEER וַתִּלְחַ֛ץ the va-teel-HAHTS אֶת Lord, et רֶ֥גֶל she REH-ɡel בִּלְעָ֖ם thrust beel-AM אֶל herself el הַקִּ֑יר unto ha-KEER וַיֹּ֖סֶף the va-YOH-sef לְהַכֹּתָֽהּ׃ wall, leh-ha-koh-TA -
וַיּ֥וֹסֶף the VA-yoh-sef מַלְאַךְ angel mahl-AK יְהוָ֖ה of yeh-VA עֲב֑וֹר the uh-VORE וַֽיַּעֲמֹד֙ Lord va-ya-uh-MODE בְּמָק֣וֹם went beh-ma-KOME צָ֔ר further, tsahr אֲשֶׁ֛ר and uh-SHER אֵֽין stood ane דֶּ֥רֶךְ in DEH-rek לִנְט֖וֹת a leen-TOTE יָמִ֥ין narrow ya-MEEN וּשְׂמֹֽאול׃ place, oo-seh-MOVE-l -
וַתֵּ֤רֶא when va-TAY-reh הָֽאָתוֹן֙ the ha-ah-TONE אֶת ass et מַלְאַ֣ךְ saw mahl-AK יְהוָ֔ה yeh-VA וַתִּרְבַּ֖ץ the va-teer-BAHTS תַּ֣חַת angel TA-haht בִּלְעָ֑ם of beel-AM וַיִּֽחַר the va-YEE-hahr אַ֣ף Lord, af בִּלְעָ֔ם she beel-AM וַיַּ֥ךְ fell va-YAHK אֶת down et הָֽאָת֖וֹן under ha-ah-TONE בַּמַּקֵּֽל׃ Balaam: ba-ma-KALE -
וַיִּפְתַּ֥ח the va-yeef-TAHK יְהוָ֖ה Lord yeh-VA אֶת opened et פִּ֣י pee הָֽאָת֑וֹן the ha-ah-TONE וַתֹּ֤אמֶר mouth va-TOH-mer לְבִלְעָם֙ of leh-veel-AM מֶה the meh עָשִׂ֣יתִֽי ass, ah-SEE-tee לְךָ֔ and leh-HA כִּ֣י she kee הִכִּיתַ֔נִי said hee-kee-TA-nee זֶ֖ה unto zeh שָׁלֹ֥שׁ Balaam, sha-LOHSH רְגָלִֽים׃ What reh-ɡa-LEEM -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר Balaam va-YOH-mer בִּלְעָם֙ said beel-AM לָֽאָת֔וֹן unto la-ah-TONE כִּ֥י the kee הִתְעַלַּ֖לְתְּ ass, heet-ah-LA-let בִּ֑י Because bee ל֤וּ thou loo יֶשׁ hast yesh חֶ֙רֶב֙ mocked HEH-REV בְּיָדִ֔י me: beh-ya-DEE כִּ֥י I kee עַתָּ֖ה would ah-TA הֲרַגְתִּֽיךְ׃ there huh-rahɡ-TEEK -
וַתֹּ֨אמֶר the va-TOH-mer הָֽאָת֜וֹן ass ha-ah-TONE אֶל said el בִּלְעָ֗ם unto beel-AM הֲלוֹא֩ Balaam, huh-LOH אָֽנֹכִ֨י Am ah-noh-HEE אֲתֹֽנְךָ֜ not uh-toh-neh-HA אֲשֶׁר I uh-SHER רָכַ֣בְתָּ thine ra-HAHV-ta עָלַ֗י ass, ah-LAI מֵעֽוֹדְךָ֙ upon may-oh-deh-HA עַד which ad הַיּ֣וֹם thou HA-yome הַזֶּ֔ה hast ha-ZEH הַֽהַסְכֵּ֣ן ridden ha-hahs-KANE הִסְכַּ֔נְתִּי ever hees-KAHN-tee לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת since la-uh-SOTE לְךָ֖ I leh-HA כֹּ֑ה was koh וַיֹּ֖אמֶר thine va-YOH-mer לֹֽא׃ unto loh -
וַיְגַ֣ל the vai-ɡAHL יְהוָה֮ Lord yeh-VA אֶת opened et עֵינֵ֣י ay-NAY בִלְעָם֒ the veel-AM וַיַּ֞רְא eyes va-YAHR אֶת of et מַלְאַ֤ךְ Balaam, mahl-AK יְהוָה֙ and yeh-VA נִצָּ֣ב he nee-TSAHV בַּדֶּ֔רֶךְ saw ba-DEH-rek וְחַרְבּ֥וֹ veh-hahr-BOH שְׁלֻפָ֖ה the sheh-loo-FA בְּיָד֑וֹ angel beh-ya-DOH וַיִּקֹּ֥ד of va-yee-KODE וַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּ the va-yeesh-TA-hoo לְאַפָּֽיו׃ Lord leh-ah-PAIV -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר the va-YOH-mer אֵלָיו֙ angel ay-lav מַלְאַ֣ךְ of mahl-AK יְהוָ֔ה the yeh-VA עַל Lord al מָ֗ה said ma הִכִּ֙יתָ֙ unto hee-KEE-TA אֶת him, et אֲתֹ֣נְךָ֔ Wherefore uh-TOH-neh-HA זֶ֖ה zeh שָׁל֣וֹשׁ hast sha-LOHSH רְגָלִ֑ים thou reh-ɡa-LEEM הִנֵּ֤ה smitten hee-NAY אָֽנֹכִי֙ ah-noh-HEE יָצָ֣אתִי thine ya-TSA-tee לְשָׂטָ֔ן ass leh-sa-TAHN כִּֽי these kee יָרַ֥ט three ya-RAHT הַדֶּ֖רֶךְ times? ha-DEH-rek לְנֶגְדִּֽי׃ behold, leh-neɡ-DEE -
וַתִּרְאַ֙נִי֙ the va-teer-AH-NEE הָֽאָת֔וֹן ass ha-ah-TONE וַתֵּ֣ט saw va-TATE לְפָנַ֔י me, leh-fa-NAI זֶ֖ה and zeh שָׁלֹ֣שׁ turned sha-LOHSH רְגָלִ֑ים from reh-ɡa-LEEM אוּלַי֙ me oo-LA נָֽטְתָ֣ה these na-teh-TA מִפָּנַ֔י three mee-pa-NAI כִּ֥י times: kee עַתָּ֛ה unless ah-TA גַּם she ɡahm אֹֽתְכָ֥ה had oh-teh-HA הָרַ֖גְתִּי turned ha-RAHɡ-tee וְאוֹתָ֥הּ from veh-oh-TA הֶֽחֱיֵֽיתִי׃ me, HEH-hay-YAY-tee -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר Balaam va-YOH-mer בִּלְעָ֜ם said beel-AM אֶל unto el מַלְאַ֤ךְ the mahl-AK יְהוָה֙ angel yeh-VA חָטָ֔אתִי of ha-TA-tee כִּ֚י the kee לֹ֣א Lord, loh יָדַ֔עְתִּי I ya-DA-tee כִּ֥י have kee אַתָּ֛ה sinned; ah-TA נִצָּ֥ב for nee-TSAHV לִקְרָאתִ֖י I leek-ra-TEE בַּדָּ֑רֶךְ knew ba-DA-rek וְעַתָּ֛ה not veh-ah-TA אִם that eem רַ֥ע thou ra בְּעֵינֶ֖יךָ stoodest beh-ay-NAY-ha אָשׁ֥וּבָה in ah-SHOO-va לִּֽי׃ the lee -
וַיֹּאמֶר֩ the va-yoh-MER מַלְאַ֨ךְ angel mahl-AK יְהוָ֜ה of yeh-VA אֶל the el בִּלְעָ֗ם Lord beel-AM לֵ֚ךְ said lake עִם unto eem הָ֣אֲנָשִׁ֔ים Balaam, HA-uh-na-SHEEM וְאֶ֗פֶס Go veh-EH-fes אֶת with et הַדָּבָ֛ר the ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁר men: uh-SHER אֲדַבֵּ֥ר but uh-da-BARE אֵלֶ֖יךָ only ay-LAY-ha אֹת֣וֹ oh-TOH תְדַבֵּ֑ר the teh-da-BARE וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ word va-YAY-lek בִּלְעָ֖ם that beel-AM עִם I eem שָׂרֵ֥י shall sa-RAY בָלָֽק׃ speak va-LAHK -
וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע when va-yeesh-MA בָּלָ֖ק Balak ba-LAHK כִּ֣י heard kee בָ֣א that va בִלְעָ֑ם Balaam veel-AM וַיֵּצֵ֨א was va-yay-TSAY לִקְרָאת֜וֹ come, leek-ra-TOH אֶל he el עִ֣יר went eer מוֹאָ֗ב out moh-AV אֲשֶׁר֙ to uh-SHER עַל meet al גְּב֣וּל him ɡeh-VOOL אַרְנֹ֔ן unto ar-NONE אֲשֶׁ֖ר a uh-SHER בִּקְצֵ֥ה city beek-TSAY הַגְּבֽוּל׃ of ha-ɡeh-VOOL -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר Balak va-YOH-mer בָּלָ֜ק said ba-LAHK אֶל unto el בִּלְעָ֗ם Balaam, beel-AM הֲלֹא֩ Did huh-LOH שָׁלֹ֨חַ I sha-LOH-ak שָׁלַ֤חְתִּי not sha-LAHK-tee אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ earnestly ay-LAY-HA לִקְרֹא send leek-ROH לָ֔ךְ unto lahk לָ֥מָּה thee LA-ma לֹֽא to loh הָלַ֖כְתָּ call ha-LAHK-ta אֵלָ֑י thee? ay-LAI הַֽאֻמְנָ֔ם wherefore ha-oom-NAHM לֹ֥א camest loh אוּכַ֖ל thou oo-HAHL כַּבְּדֶֽךָ׃ not ka-beh-DEH-ha -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר Balaam va-YOH-mer בִּלְעָ֜ם said beel-AM אֶל unto el בָּלָ֗ק Balak, ba-LAHK הִֽנֵּה Lo, HEE-nay בָ֙אתִי֙ I VA-TEE אֵלֶ֔יךָ am ay-LAY-ha עַתָּ֕ה come ah-TA הֲיָכֹ֥ל unto huh-ya-HOLE אוּכַ֖ל thee: oo-HAHL דַּבֵּ֣ר have da-BARE מְא֑וּמָה I meh-OO-ma הַדָּבָ֗ר now ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁ֨ר any uh-SHER יָשִׂ֧ים power ya-SEEM אֱלֹהִ֛ים at ay-loh-HEEM בְּפִ֖י all beh-FEE אֹת֥וֹ to oh-TOH אֲדַבֵּֽר׃ say uh-da-BARE -
וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ Balaam va-YAY-lek בִּלְעָ֖ם went beel-AM עִם with eem בָּלָ֑ק Balak, ba-LAHK וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ and va-ya-VOH-oo קִרְיַ֥ת they keer-YAHT חֻצֽוֹת׃ came hoo-TSOTE -
וַיִּזְבַּ֥ח Balak va-yeez-BAHK בָּלָ֖ק offered ba-LAHK בָּקָ֣ר oxen ba-KAHR וָצֹ֑אן and va-TSONE וַיְשַׁלַּ֣ח sheep, vai-sha-LAHK לְבִלְעָ֔ם and leh-veel-AM וְלַשָּׂרִ֖ים sent veh-la-sa-REEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר to uh-SHER אִתּֽוֹ׃ Balaam, ee-toh
