ఆ యిద్దరు మనుష్యులు తిరిగి కొండలనుండి దిగి నది దాటి నూను కుమారుడైన యెహోషువయొద్దకు వచ్చి తమకు సంభవించినదంతయు అతనితో వివరించి చెప్పిరి.

answered	אֱלִיה֗וּא	ʾĕlîhûʾ	ay-lee-HOO
and said,	וַיֹּאמַֽר׃	wayyōʾmar	va-yoh-MAHR

So the two	וַיָּשֻׁ֜בוּ	wayyāšubû	va-ya-SHOO-voo
men	שְׁנֵ֤י	šĕnê	sheh-NAY
returned,	הָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙	hāʾănāšîm	ha-uh-na-SHEEM
and descended	וַיֵּֽרְד֣וּ	wayyērĕdû	va-yay-reh-DOO
mountain, the from	מֵֽהָהָ֔ר	mēhāhār	may-ha-HAHR
and passed over,	וַיַּֽעַבְרוּ֙	wayyaʿabrû	va-ya-av-ROO
and came	וַיָּבֹ֔אוּ	wayyābōʾû	va-ya-VOH-oo
to	אֶל	ʾel	el
Joshua	יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ	yĕhôšuaʿ	yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah
the son	בִּן	bin	been
of Nun,	נ֑וּן	nûn	noon
and told	וַיְסַ֨פְּרוּ	waysappĕrû	vai-SA-peh-roo
him	ל֔וֹ	lô	loh
all	אֵ֥ת	ʾēt	ate
things that befell	כָּל	kāl	kahl
