మరియు యూదుడైన మొర్దెకైయును రాణియైన ఎస్తేరును యూదు లకు నిర్ణయించిన దానినిబట్టి వారు ఉపవాస విలాపకాలములు ఏర్పరచుకొని, అది తమమీదను తమ వంశపు వారిమీదను ఒక బాధ్యత యని యెంచుకొని వాటిని జరిగించెదమని యొప్పుకొనిన ప్రకారముగా
