వీరిలో బరువులు మోయుటకు డెబ్బది వేల మందిని పర్వతములందు మ్రానులు కొట్టుటకు ఎనుబది వేల మందిని, జనులమీద అధిపతులుగానుండి పనిచేయించుటకు మూడువేల ఆరు వందల మందిని అతడు ఏర్పరచెను.
