తాము ప్రవచింపు దినములు వర్షము కురువ కుండ ఆకాశమును మూయుటకు వారికి అధికారము కలదు. మరియు వారికిష్టమైనప్పుడెల్ల నీళ్లు రక్తముగా చేయుటకును, నానావిధములైన తెగుళ్లతో భూమిని బాధించుటకును వారికి అధికారము కలదు.
