అయితే పేతురు లేచి, సమాధి యొద్దకు పరుగెత్తికొనిపోయి వంగిచూడగా, నారబట్టలు మాత్రము విడిగా కనబడెను. అతడు జరిగినదానిని గూర్చి ఆశ్చర్యపడుచు ఇంటికి వెళ్లెను.
