Genesis 16:11
మరియు యెహోవా దూతఇదిగో యెహోవా నీ మొరను వినెను. నీవు గర్భవతివై యున్నావు; నీవు కుమారుని కని అతనికి ఇష్మాయేలు అను పేరు పెట్టుదువు;

| thou art with child, | הִנָּ֥ךְ | hinnāk | hee-NAHK |
| bear shalt and | הָרָ֖ה | hārâ | ha-RA |
| a son, | וְיֹלַ֣דְתְּ | wĕyōladĕt | veh-yoh-LA-det |
| and shalt call | בֵּ֑ן | bēn | bane |
| his name | וְקָרָ֤את | wĕqārāt | veh-ka-RAHT |
| Ishmael; | שְׁמוֹ֙ | šĕmô | sheh-MOH |
| because | יִשְׁמָעֵ֔אל | yišmāʿēl | yeesh-ma-ALE |
| the Lord | כִּֽי | kî | kee |
| hath heard | שָׁמַ֥ע | šāmaʿ | sha-MA |
| יְהוָ֖ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA | |
| thy affliction. | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| עָנְיֵֽךְ׃ | ʿonyēk | one-YAKE |
