అర్తహషస్తయొక్క దినములలో బిష్లామును మిత్రి దాతును టాబెయేలును వారి పక్షముగానున్న తక్కిన వారును పారసీకదేశపు రాజైన అర్తహషస్తకు ఉత్తరము వ్రాసిపంపిరి. ఆ యుత్తరము సిరియాభాషలో వ్రాయబడి సిరియాభాషలోనే తాత్పర్యము చేయబడినది.
