రూబేనీయులారా గాదీయులారా, మీకును మాకును మధ్య యెహోవా యొర్దానును సరిహద్దుగా నియమించెను గదా యెహోవా యందు మీకు పాలేదియు లేదని చెప్పుటవలన మీ సంతా నపువారు మా సంతానపువా రిని యెహోవా విషయములో భయభక్తులులేని వార గునట్లు చేయుదురేమో అని భయపడి ఆ హేతువు చేతనే దీని చేసితివిు.
