Deuteronomy 18:5
నిత్యము యెహోవా నామమున నిలిచి సేవచేయుటకు నీ గోత్రములన్నిటిలోను అతనిని అతని సంతతివారిని నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా ఏర్పరచుకొని యున్నాడు.

అప్పుడు నేను ఎవని ఏర్పరచుకొందునో వాని కఱ్ఱ చిగిరించును. ఇశ్రా యేలీయులు మీకు విరోధముగా సణుగుచుండు సణుగులు నాకు వినబడకుండ మాన్పివేయుదును.
Deuteronomy 17:12
మరియు నెవడైనను మూర్ఖించి అక్కడ నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు పరిచర్య చేయుటకు నిలుచు యాజకుని మాటనేగాని ఆ న్యాయాధి పతి మాటనేగాని విననొల్లనియెడల వాడు చావవలెను. అట్లు చెడుతనమును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలోనుండి పరిహరింపవలెను.
Numbers 25:13
అది నిత్యమైన యాజక నిబంధనగా అతనికిని అతని సంతానమునకును కలిగియుండును; ఏలయనగా అతడు తన దేవుని విషయమందు ఆసక్తిగలవాడై ఇశ్రా యేలీయుల నిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేసెను.
