వీరు తమ పితరుల యింటివారినిబట్టి లేవీయులుగా ఎంచబడిరి; పితరుల యిండ్లకు పెద్ద లైన వీరు ఇరువది సంవత్సరములు మొదలుకొని అంతకు పైవయస్సుగలవారై తమ తమ పేరుల లెక్కప్రకారము ఒక్కొక్కరుగా నెంచబడి యెహోవా మందిరపు సేవచేయు పనివారైయుండిరి.
