తాను ఒక దినప్రయాణము అరణ్యములోనికి పోయి యొక బదరీవృక్షముక్రింద కూర్చుండి, మరణా పేక్షగలవాడైయెహోవా, నా పితరులకంటె నేను ఎక్కువవాడను కాను, ఇంతమట్టుకు చాలును, నా ప్రాణము తీసికొనుము అని ప్రార్థనచేసెను.
