ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਓਬੋ ਲੈ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ: ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਥਾਵੋਂ ਬਆਲ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਖਿਰੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੀਆਂ ਹਟਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ।

Isaiah 14:26
ਇਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਾਂਹ (ਸ਼ਕਤੀ) ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।”

Micah 5:13
ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਥੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਰ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ।
