וָאֶשָּׂ֥א lifted va-eh-SA עֵינַ֛י up ay-NAI וָאֵ֖רֶא mine va-A-reh וְהִנֵּה eyes veh-hee-NAY אִ֑ישׁ again, eesh וּבְיָד֖וֹ and oo-veh-ya-DOH חֶ֥בֶל looked, HEH-vel מִדָּֽה׃ and mee-DA -
וָאֹמַ֕ר said va-oh-MAHR אָ֖נָה I, AH-na אַתָּ֣ה Whither ah-TA הֹלֵ֑ךְ goest hoh-LAKE וַיֹּ֣אמֶר thou? va-YOH-mer אֵלַ֗י And ay-LAI לָמֹד֙ he la-MODE אֶת said et יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם unto yeh-ROO-sha-la-EEM לִרְא֥וֹת me, leer-OTE כַּמָּֽה To ka-MA רָחְבָּ֖הּ measure roke-BA וְכַמָּ֥ה veh-ha-MA אָרְכָּֽהּ׃ Jerusalem, ore-KA -
וְהִנֵּ֗ה behold, veh-hee-NAY הַמַּלְאָ֛ךְ the ha-mahl-AK הַדֹּבֵ֥ר angel ha-doh-VARE בִּ֖י that bee יֹצֵ֑א talked yoh-TSAY וּמַלְאָ֣ךְ with oo-mahl-AK אַחֵ֔ר me ah-HARE יֹצֵ֖א went yoh-TSAY לִקְרָאתֽוֹ׃ forth, leek-ra-TOH -
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said va-YOH-mer אֵלָ֔ו unto ay-LAHV רֻ֗ץ him, roots דַּבֵּ֛ר Run, da-BARE אֶל speak el הַנַּ֥עַר to ha-NA-ar הַלָּ֖ז this ha-LAHZ לֵאמֹ֑ר young lay-MORE פְּרָזוֹת֙ man, peh-ra-ZOTE תֵּשֵׁ֣ב saying, tay-SHAVE יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם Jerusalem yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM מֵרֹ֥ב shall may-ROVE אָדָ֛ם be ah-DAHM וּבְהֵמָ֖ה inhabited oo-veh-hay-MA בְּתוֹכָֽהּ׃ as beh-toh-HA -
וַאֲנִ֤י I, va-uh-NEE אֶֽהְיֶה saith EH-heh-yeh לָּהּ֙ the la נְאֻם Lord, neh-OOM יְהוָ֔ה will yeh-VA ח֥וֹמַת be HOH-maht אֵ֖שׁ unto aysh סָבִ֑יב her sa-VEEV וּלְכָב֖וֹד a oo-leh-ha-VODE אֶֽהְיֶ֥ה wall eh-heh-YEH בְתוֹכָֽהּ׃ of veh-toh-HA -
ה֣וֹי ho, hoy ה֗וֹי come hoy וְנֻ֛סוּ forth, veh-NOO-soo מֵאֶ֥רֶץ and may-EH-rets צָפ֖וֹן flee tsa-FONE נְאֻם from neh-OOM יְהוָ֑ה the yeh-VA כִּ֠י land kee כְּאַרְבַּ֞ע of keh-ar-BA רוּח֧וֹת the roo-HOTE הַשָּׁמַ֛יִם north, ha-sha-MA-yeem פֵּרַ֥שְׂתִּי saith pay-RAHS-tee אֶתְכֶ֖ם the et-HEM נְאֻם Lord: neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ for yeh-VA -
ה֥וֹי thyself, hoy צִיּ֖וֹן O TSEE-yone הִמָּלְטִ֑י Zion, hee-mole-TEE יוֹשֶׁ֖בֶת that yoh-SHEH-vet בַּת dwellest baht בָּבֶֽל׃ with ba-VEL -
כִּ֣י thus kee כֹ֣ה saith hoh אָמַר֮ the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֣ה Lord yeh-VA צְבָאוֹת֒ of tseh-va-OTE אַחַ֣ר hosts; ah-HAHR כָּב֔וֹד After ka-VODE שְׁלָחַ֕נִי the sheh-la-HA-nee אֶל glory el הַגּוֹיִ֖ם hath ha-ɡoh-YEEM הַשֹּׁלְלִ֣ים he ha-shoh-leh-LEEM אֶתְכֶ֑ם sent et-HEM כִּ֚י me kee הַנֹּגֵ֣עַ unto ha-noh-ɡAY-ah בָּכֶ֔ם the ba-HEM נֹגֵ֖עַ nations noh-ɡAY-ah בְּבָבַ֥ת which beh-va-VAHT עֵינֽוֹ׃ spoiled ay-NOH -
כִּ֠י behold, kee הִנְנִ֨י I heen-NEE מֵנִ֤יף will may-NEEF אֶת shake et יָדִי֙ ya-DEE עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם mine uh-lay-HEM וְהָי֥וּ hand veh-ha-YOO שָׁלָ֖ל upon sha-LAHL לְעַבְדֵיהֶ֑ם them, leh-av-day-HEM וִֽידַעְתֶּ֕ם and vee-da-TEM כִּֽי they kee יְהוָ֥ה shall yeh-VA צְבָא֖וֹת be tseh-va-OTE שְׁלָחָֽנִי׃ a sheh-la-HA-nee -
רָנִּ֥י and roh-NEE וְשִׂמְחִ֖י rejoice, veh-seem-HEE בַּת O baht צִיּ֑וֹן daughter TSEE-yone כִּ֧י of kee הִנְנִי Zion: heen-NEE בָ֛א for, va וְשָׁכַנְתִּ֥י lo, veh-sha-hahn-TEE בְתוֹכֵ֖ךְ I veh-toh-HAKE נְאֻם come, neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ and yeh-VA -
וְנִלְווּ֩ many veh-neel-VOO גוֹיִ֨ם nations ɡoh-YEEM רַבִּ֤ים shall ra-BEEM אֶל be el יְהוָה֙ joined yeh-VA בַּיּ֣וֹם to BA-yome הַה֔וּא the ha-HOO וְהָ֥יוּ Lord veh-HA-yoo לִ֖י in lee לְעָ֑ם that leh-AM וְשָׁכַנְתִּ֣י day, veh-sha-hahn-TEE בְתוֹכֵ֔ךְ and veh-toh-HAKE וְיָדַ֕עַתְּ shall veh-ya-DA-at כִּי be kee יְהוָ֥ה my yeh-VA צְבָא֖וֹת people: tseh-va-OTE שְׁלָחַ֥נִי and sheh-la-HA-nee אֵלָֽיִךְ׃ I ay-LA-yeek -
וְנָחַ֨ל the veh-na-HAHL יְהוָ֤ה Lord yeh-VA אֶת shall et יְהוּדָה֙ inherit yeh-hoo-DA חֶלְק֔וֹ hel-KOH עַ֖ל Judah al אַדְמַ֣ת his ad-MAHT הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ portion ha-KOH-desh וּבָחַ֥ר in oo-va-HAHR ע֖וֹד the ode בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ holy bee-roo-sha-loh-EEM -
הַ֥ס silent, hahs כָּל O kahl בָּשָׂ֖ר all ba-SAHR מִפְּנֵ֣י flesh, mee-peh-NAY יְהוָ֑ה before yeh-VA כִּ֥י the kee נֵע֖וֹר Lord: nay-ORE מִמְּע֥וֹן for mee-meh-ONE קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃ he kode-SHOH
