Acts 12:1
ਹੇਰੋਦੇਸ ਅਗਰਿੱਪਾ ਦਾ ਕਲੀਸਿਯਾ ਨੂੰ ਤਸੀਹੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ, ਰਾਜਾ ਹੇਰੋਦੇਸ ਨੇ ਕਲੀਸਿਯਾ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ।

ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 15:20
“ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ: ਇੱਕ ਦਾਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤਸੀਹੇ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਿਆ, ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਣਗੇ।
ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 16:2
ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਣਗੇ। ਹਾਂ, ਵਕਤ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਇਹ ਸੋਚਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਹੈ।
