Romans 13:4
ਹਾਕਮ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਪਰੇਮਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗਲਤ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਡਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਾਕਮ ਕੋਲ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਹ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਗਲਤ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਹੈ।
