ਉਹ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਭੌਕਦੇ ਕੁੱਤਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਘੁੰਮਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
