ਸਜ਼ਾ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਣੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪੀ ਆਪਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਬੇਪਰਵਾਹ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਨ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪੀ ਦੂਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਰਦੇ।
