Zephaniah 2:4
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅੱਜ਼ਾਹ ਤਾਂ ਤਿਆਗਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਸ਼ਕਲੋਕ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਦੁਪਿਹਰ ਤੀਕ ਲੋਕ ਅਸ਼ਦੋਦ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਅਕਰੋਨ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

“ਅਸ਼ਕਲੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਹ ਦਿ੍ਰਸ਼ ਵੇਖਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਡਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਅਜ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਭੈਅ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਬਣਗੇ। ਅਕਰੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਉਹ ਵਾਪਰਦਾ ਵੇਖਣਗੇ। ਅਜ਼ਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਅਸ਼ਕਲੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਆਮੋਸ 1:6
ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਆਖਿਆ: “ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਉੱਮਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਦੋਮ ’ਚ ਲੈ ਗਏ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 6:4
“ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਓ। ਉੱਠੋ! ਅਸੀਂ ਦੁਪਿਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਨਹੀਂ! ਪਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦੇ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਕਾਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛਾਵਾਂ ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 15:8
ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਆ ਲੈਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇੱਥੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਰੇਤ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਮੈਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਰ ਦੁਪਿਹਰੇ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੁੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਭੈ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 25:20
ਮੈਂ ਉਜ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪਿਲਾਈ। ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ਿਲਸਤੀਨ ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪਿਲਾਈ। ਇਹ ਅਸ਼ਕਲੋਨ, ਅੱਜ਼ਾਹ, ਅਕਰੋਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਦੇ ਬਚੇ ਖੁਚੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅਸ਼ਦੋਦ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਸਨ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 47:1
ਫ਼ਿਲਿਸਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਫ਼ਿਲਿਸਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਦੇ ਅੱਜ਼ਾਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ।

ਫ਼ਿਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਫ਼ਿਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬਦਲਾ ਚੁਕਾਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਾਲਿਮ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੇਰ ਤੀਕ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਮਘਦੀ ਰੱਖੀ!”
