Psalm 26:5
ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਦੀ ਦੇ ਟੋਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਬਦਚਲਣ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

ਭਾਗ (ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 1-41) ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਡਭਾਗਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੁਰੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਲਾਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਾਪੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਲਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ।

ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਫ਼ਰੀਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੇਖਕੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਚੇਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਸੂਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਉਂ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ?”
