ਇਹ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਾਜਕ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਖਾਸ ਕੰਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਸਤਰ ਪਹਿਨਾਓ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਖਾਸ ਤੇਲ ਦਾ ਛਿੜਕਾਉ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 8:1
ਮੂਸਾ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ,
ਅਹਬਾਰ 8:12
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਸਹ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੁਝ ਤੇਲ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਡੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 8:30
ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਕੁ ਮਸਹ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੇਲ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਪਰਲਾ ਕੁਝ ਖੂਨ ਲਿਆ। ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ। ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 29:1
ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਪਣ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਖਾਸ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਜਵਾਨ ਵਹਿੜਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਜਵਾਨ ਭੇਡੂ ਲਵੀਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 40:13
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਵਸਤਰ ਪਹਿਨਾਵੀਂ। ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਤੇਲ ਛਿੜਕੀਂ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਵੀਂ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 40:15
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇਲ ਛਿੜਕੀਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ ਸੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਣ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ।”
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 7:28
ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀਆਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਧੀ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਆਈ। ਇਸ ਵਾਇਦੇ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਉਹ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
