Numbers 27:7
“ਸਲਾਫ਼ਹਾਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਠੀਕ ਆਖਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਉ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣੀ ਸੀ।”
