ਲੋਕ ਦੋਨਾਂ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੁਰਿਆਈਆਂ ਕਰਨ ’ਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਸਰਦਾਰ ਵੱਢੀ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਬਦਲਣ ਲਈ ਧਨ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। “ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਆਗੂ” ਦਿਆਨਤਕਦਾਰ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਨਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
