“ਜਾਜਕ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦਾ ਥੋੜਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਖੂਨ ਲਵੇਗਾ। ਜਾਜਕ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਥੋੜਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਖੂਨ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਕੰਨ ਦੀ ਕਰੂੰਬਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਜਾਜਕ ਇਸ ਖੂਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਥੋੜਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਅੰਗੂਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪੈਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਗੂਠੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਯਿਸੂ ਇੱਕ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਗਵਾਹ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਜਿਵਾਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਯਿਸੂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਹੈ। ਯਿਸੂ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲਹੂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
੧ ਪਤਰਸ 2:9
ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕ ਹੋ, ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕੌਮ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਹੈਰਾਨਕੁਨ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਹੋ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਵੱਲ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
੧ ਪਤਰਸ 2:5
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਵਰਤ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੋ, ਆਤਮਕ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਭੇਂਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਬੂਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
੧ ਪਤਰਸ 1:14
ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਸਭ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੁਹ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਸੀ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਆਗਿਆਕਾਰੀ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਨਾ ਜੀਵੋ ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਤੀਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਸੀ।
ਫ਼ਿਲਿੱਪੀਆਂ 1:20
ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਸ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਵਿਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੌਂਸਲਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਜਾ ਮਰਾਂ।
੨ ਕੁਰਿੰਥੀਆਂ 7:1
ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਿੱਤਰੋ, ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਇਹ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਜਾਂ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਢੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਤਾਰਕੇ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰੋ।

ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰੋ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੇ ਭਰਾਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਭੈਣੋ, ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਦਯਾ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਿਉਂਦੀ ਬਲੀ ਬਣਕੇ ਭੇਂਟ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਭੇਂਟ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਬਲਿਦਾਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਹੈ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਦਲੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਗਾਵਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਹਰ ਸਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਦਿਲ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਹੈ।
