ਸਰਬ-ਉੱਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾੜੀਆਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Out of the mouth	מִפִּ֤י	mippî	mee-PEE
High most the of	עֶלְיוֹן֙	ʿelyôn	el-YONE
proceedeth	לֹ֣א	lōʾ	loh
not	תֵצֵ֔א	tēṣēʾ	tay-TSAY
evil	הָרָע֖וֹת	hārāʿôt	ha-ra-OTE
and good?	וְהַטּֽוֹב׃	wĕhaṭṭôb	veh-ha-tove
