ਯਹੋਸ਼ੁਆ ਨੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਜਸੂਸਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਯਹੋਸ਼ੁਆ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਵੇਸਵਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਜਾਉ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਉ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਉ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕਰੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।”
