ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 40,000 ਸਿਪਾਹੀ, ਲੜਾਈ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਏ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣਿਉ ਲੰਘੇ। ਉਹ ਯਰੀਹੋ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨਾ ਵੱਲ ਕੂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
