ਪਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਚੰਗੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਚੁਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇਕ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈਂ-ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਖਾਤਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਨਾ ਬਦਲਣ। ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਬਣਾ। ਇੱਕ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ, ਸੌ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ, ਪੰਜਾਹ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਹਾਕਮ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਅਮਸਾਲ 15:1
ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਜਵਾਬ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਰੁੱਖੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧਾਅ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਦਿਮਾਗ਼ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਆਖਣਾ — ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਸੁਗਾਤ ਹੈ।
