John 10:39
ਯਹੂਦੀ ਫੇਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਗਿਆ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ। ਪਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਲੁਕ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਨਾ ਪਾਇਆ।
