ਉਹ ਚਾਨਣ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਮਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੁਝਾਇਆ।

ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਤੱਥ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਚਾਨਣ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਸਨ।

ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੂਰੱਖਮਈ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਤਮਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਸਮਝੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 12:36
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਚਾਨਣ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ ਚਾਨਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰੋ। ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚਾਨਣ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹੋਵੋਂ।” ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕਹਿਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਯਿਸੂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਲੱਭ ਸੱਕਣ।

ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਨਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ, ਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਕੰਮੀਆਂ ਸੋਚਾਂ ਤੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਉਹ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਸਨ।
ਅੱਯੂਬ 24:13
“ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵਿਦਰੋਹ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ। ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ। ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ।

ਸ਼ਬਦ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਰਚਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ।
