ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਜਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ: ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਕ ਸਿਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।” ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ।

“ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਾਸ ਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ ਲਿਆ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬਾਰ-ਬਾਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣੀ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 5:3
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਹੋਣ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟ ਮਾਰੀ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ ਦਰਦ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਬਕ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿੱਦੀ ਬਣ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਅਮਲਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 6:8
ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ, ਇਸ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕਰ। ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਓੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ।”
ਯਸਈਆਹ 28:9
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਕ ਸਿੱਖਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਸਮਝਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਲੋਕ ਅਬੋਧ ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵ੍ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਥੋੜਾ ਚਿਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਚੁਂਘ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 12:25
ਸਾਵੱਧਾਨ ਰਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚ ਸੱਕੇ। ਹੁਣ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗੱਲ ਬੋਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਮਾੜੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 9:12
ਕੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਿਆਣਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਸੱਕੇ? ਕੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੋਵੇ? ਕੀ ਕੋਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ? ਧਰਤੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੋਈ? ਸੱਖਣੇ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਵਰਗੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ?
ਯਸਈਆਹ 42:23
ਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਸੀ? ਨਹੀਂ! ਪਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੋੋ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚੋ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਅਮਸਾਲ 19:20
ਮਸ਼ਵਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕਰੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ।
