Isaiah 66:9
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ, ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਨਵਾਂ ਜੰਮਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪੀੜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।” ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਪੀੜਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਕੌਮ ਸਾਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕਾਂਗਾ।” ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਆਖਿਆ।

ਕੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਇੰਨੀ ਔਖੀ ਹੈ? ਨਹੀਂ! ਮੈਂ ਬਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸਾਰਾਹ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।”
