ਯਸਈਆਹ 44:28
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਖੋਰੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਆਜੜੀ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਓਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੂੰ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੇਂਗਾ, ‘ਤੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਂਗਾ!’ ਤੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੇਂਗਾ, ‘ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦਾਂ ਉਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ!’”

| shepherd, my is He | רֹעִ֔י | rōʿî | roh-EE |
| and shall perform | וְכָל | wĕkāl | veh-HAHL |
| all | חֶפְצִ֖י | ḥepṣî | hef-TSEE |
| my pleasure: | יַשְׁלִ֑ם | yašlim | yahsh-LEEM |
| saying even | וְלֵאמֹ֤ר | wĕlēʾmōr | veh-lay-MORE |
| to Jerusalem, | לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ | lîrûšālaim | lee-roo-sha-la-EEM |
| Thou shalt be built; | תִּבָּנֶ֔ה | tibbāne | tee-ba-NEH |
| temple, the to and | וְהֵיכָ֖ל | wĕhêkāl | veh-hay-HAHL |
| Thy foundation shall be laid. | תִּוָּסֵֽד׃ | tiwwāsēd | tee-wa-SADE |
