“ਬੰਦਿਆ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਚਲ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗੇਂਦ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਲ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਓੱਥੇ ਤੂੰ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਂਗਾ।” ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੱਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੁਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਹਾਕਮ ਕੋਲ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਰਬ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਰੱਥ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਣਗੇ।

“ਬੰਦਿਆ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਚਲ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗੇਂਦ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਲ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਓੱਥੇ ਤੂੰ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਂਗਾ।” ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੱਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੁਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਹਾਕਮ ਕੋਲ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਰਬ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਰੱਥ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਣਗੇ।
