ਯਸਈਆਹ 13:22
ਆਵਾਰਾ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਘਿਆੜ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੌਂਕ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਬਾਬਲ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਬਾਬਲ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕਾਂਗਾ।”

| and dragons | וְתַנִּ֖ים | wĕtannîm | veh-ta-NEEM |
| pleasant their in | בְּהֵ֣יכְלֵי | bĕhêkĕlê | beh-HAY-heh-lay |
| palaces: | עֹ֑נֶג | ʿōneg | OH-neɡ |
| and her time | וְקָר֤וֹב | wĕqārôb | veh-ka-ROVE |
| is near | לָבוֹא֙ | lābôʾ | la-VOH |
| come, to | עִתָּ֔הּ | ʿittāh | ee-TA |
| and her days | וְיָמֶ֖יהָ | wĕyāmêhā | veh-ya-MAY-ha |
| shall not | לֹ֥א | lōʾ | loh |
| be prolonged. | יִמָּשֵֽׁכוּ׃ | yimmāšēkû | yee-ma-shay-HOO |
