Genesis 2:5
ਇਹ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਉੱਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਉੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹਾਲੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਪੌਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਭਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਆਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹੁਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 1:11
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਧਰਤੀ ਘਾਹ ਤੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਉਗਾਵੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਫ਼ਲਦਾਰ ਰੁੱਖ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਫ਼ਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ। ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਉੱਗਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬੀਜ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ। ਇਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ।”
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 6:7
ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਰੱਖਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਬੀਜ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਭਾਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਅਨਾਜ ਪਾ ਸੱਕੇ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਉਗਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸਤੇ ਵਾਹੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਸੀਸਮਈ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 104:14
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਘਾਹ ਉਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੌਦੇ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਪੌਦੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੋਜਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 4:12
ਅਤੀਤ ਵਿੱਚ, ਤੂੰ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਉਗਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਬੀਜੇਂਗਾ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਪੌਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਗਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਘਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਤੂੰ ਥਾਂ-ਥਾਂ ਭਟਕੇਂਗਾ।”

ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 14:22
ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਵਰੱਖਾ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਕੋਲ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੇ ਛਰਾਟੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੌਤੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਸਾਜੀਆਂ।”
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 135:7
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੱਦਲਵਾਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਚਮਕਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਰੱਖਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 65:9
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਂ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੰਜਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਉਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਦੇ ਹੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਗਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਿਲ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ।

ਮੀਁਹ ਕੌਣ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ?
ਅੱਯੂਬ 5:10
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 4:2
ਇਸਤੋਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਹੱਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਹ ਬੱਚਾ ਕਇਨ ਦਾ ਭਰਾ ਹਾਬਲ ਸੀ। ਹਾਬਲ ਇੱਕ ਆਜੜੀ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। ਕਇਨ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ।
