ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਖੁਦ ਲਈ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ।” ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ।

ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਣ, ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁੱਖੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੱਜਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧੀ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਹਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਣਗੇ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 33:9
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਬੜੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਥਾਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਉਦੋਂ ਵਾਪਰੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਥੇ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ।। ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਲਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੀਆਂ! ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਉਸ ਤਾਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਰਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ? ਇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਸੱਚੀ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਉਸ ਸੋਨੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਮੁੱਲਵਾਨ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜ਼ੂਦ ਵੀ ਖੇਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
