Ezekiel 32:3
ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ: “ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰ ਲੇ ਨੇ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕ। ਸੁੱਟਾਂਗਾ ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਜਾਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਪਰ। ਖਿੱਚ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ।

ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਾਲ ਫੈਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਜਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਸ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਬਲ, ਚਾਲਡੀਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ ਉਹ ਉੱਥੇ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਬੰਦਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਜਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੀ ਹੋਈ ਮੱਛੀ ਵਾਂਗ, ਫ਼ਂਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੰਛੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ, ਆਦਮੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੁਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਪਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 16:16
“ਮੈਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਛੇਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਬੁਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ।” ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ, “ਉਹ ਮਛੇਰੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੇ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰੀ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਪਰਬਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਚੱਟਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਝੀਬਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਨੂਹ 1:13
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉੱਪਰੋਂ ਅੱਗ ਭੇਜੀ। ਉਹ ਅੱਗ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਡਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੜ ਗਈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਲ ਵਿਛਾਇਆ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭੁਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬੇਕਾਰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਮੈਂ।

ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਾਲ ਵਛਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਸ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਬਲ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਇਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵਿਛਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਲੈ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇਮਾਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ।
ਹਬਕੋਕ 1:14
“ਤੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੱਛੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਉਹ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਜਲ ਜਂਤੂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਆਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ।
