Exodus 40:15
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇਲ ਛਿੜਕੀਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ ਸੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਣ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ।”

ਯਿਸੂ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੁਕਤਾ ਇਹੇ ਹੈ; ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੁਣ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 5:1
ਹਰ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਅਰਪਨ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 110:4

ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਤੇਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਗੰਧੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਛੇਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।”

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਣਾ ਕਿ ਮਸਹ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੇਲ ਪਵਿਤਰ ਹੈ-ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 29:9
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਮਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਪੇਟੀਆਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਣੀਆਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਨਣ ਲਈ ਖਾਸ ਟੋਪੀਆਂ ਦੇਣੀਆਂ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਨਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਖਾਸ ਨੇਮ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਇਹੀ ਉਹ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਜਕ ਥਾਪੇਂਗਾ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 12:14
“ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖੋਂਗੇ-ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਖਾਸ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
