ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰੀ ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਝੁਕਦਾ ਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨਵੇਂ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ਉਤ੍ਤਲੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ। ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿੜਕੀਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵੱਲ ਖੁਲ੍ਹਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਪਰਨੇ ਝੁਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।
